Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Custom-configured systems and installed items may not be returnable.
Returns are accepted in person only at our Nairobi shop. Customers are responsible for any transport costs incurred when bringing an item to the shop. We do not accept returns by mail, courier, or third-party drop-off location.
We do not offer exchanges and do not charge a restocking fee for an accepted return. Approved refunds are processed within 3 days.
